Refund Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy describes the terms for refunds of paid services on bigday.space (the “Service”), provided by Individual Entrepreneur Ivanytskyi Roman Rizvanovych (trademark BigDaySpace).

1.2. Payments for the Service are processed via the WayForPay payment system, in Ukrainian hryvnias.

2. Coins (in-app currency)

2.1. Coins are a digital good that grants access to paid features of the Service, including creating events beyond the free limit (one event costs 30 Coins). As of the effective date of this Policy, the following packages are available: 30 Coins — UAH 135; 100 Coins — UAH 446.

2.2. Coins are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By completing payment, the User gives prior express consent for the digital content to be supplied before the expiry of the 14-day period otherwise available to withdraw from a consumer contract.

2.3. Under Article 9(1)(2) of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the User loses the right to withdraw from the contract (and to a refund) for digital content once its supply has begun under such prior consent.

2.4. Accordingly, Coin packages are non-refundable once credited to the User’s account — regardless of whether the Coins are later spent on creating an event or another paid feature — except as provided in Section 3 of this Policy.

3. Cases where a refund is issued

3.1. The Company issues a refund regardless of whether the paid service was used, in the following cases:

• a technical error resulted in a duplicate charge;
• funds were charged without the corresponding Coins being credited to the account, due to the Company’s fault;
• other cases expressly provided for by Ukrainian law.

3.2. To have a refund request reviewed, send bigdayspace@gmail.com the payment date, amount, payment method, and a description of the issue.

3.3. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days. If grounds for a refund are confirmed, funds are returned to the card used for payment via the WayForPay payment system, within the timeframes set by WayForPay’s and the issuing bank’s rules (typically up to 14 banking days).
